Q. When will I get my item?

A. We will be processing Black Friday orders and answering related emails on Monday and Tuesday. We're expecting a high number of sales and ask you to please be patient with us, we will send things out as fast as humanly possible.

Q. What if I wish to buy more than one item, can you combine postage?

A. Yes, we will process all the purchases on Monday and Tuesday. If we find you have paid more postage than necessary, we will refund the difference. We only ever charge what shipping costs. We believe it’s immoral for companies to make money from excessive shipping charges.

Q. Why is 'rest of world' shipping so high?

A. Unfortunately we have to send overseas orders on a tracked service now as we've had too many go astray. This is the lowest tracked Airmail service available to us.

Q. How long will this sale be running for?

A. We'll be running our website and eBay sale until Monday, our Facebook sale will run for as long as stocks last!

Q. How do I send money via Paypal?

A. Log in to www.paypal.com or use the Paypal app. Click 'SEND' and enter our email address sales@bellystockings.com, continue to enter the total in GBP and the reference for the item you are purchasing. Ensure your shipping address is up to date so you receive your order promptly! 

Q. I don’t use paypal, is there any other way to pay?

A. Yes, if needs be you can pay via bank transfer. International buyers please be aware that if you choose this option you must pay any bank charges incurred.
If you pay by bank transfer please email sales@bellystockings.com to advise us, be sure to include your postal address and quote the letter and number reference on the picture description.

When asked to enter a reference for the transfer please enter the letter and number of the item followed by your surname. For example, D13 SMITH
Once payment has been made please write SOLD in the comments on the photo of the item you are purchasing.

Q. Supposing someone else buys the same item as me at the same time?

A. This is of course a risk, it will be first come first served! Where there is only one item available if two people purchase at the same time, we will honour the first payment to arrive providing all steps have been completed properly. Any further payments for the same item will be refunded. If you want something, please hurry!

Q. Can I write SOLD to hold my item and pay later when I am able?

A. No, sorry! If we find someone has written SOLD yet not sent payment we will remove the comment to give others a chance to buy it. This is a Black Friday Sale, we cannot reserve items.

Q. Supposing my sale item doesn't fit? Can I still return it?

A. Yes, you are still legally entitled to return a sale item under consumer contract regulations. However, you will be required to return it at your own cost and take out adequate insurance/tracking to ensure it reaches us.
