Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase we’ll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition, unworn and with all labels intact.

To ensure you have the option or returning an item please take great care of it on arrival, please make sure it is tried on over your own underwear, that the hygiene strip is kept in place and please be sure not to wear any jewellery that may snag the fabric or strong perfume, makeup or other products which may transfer to the garment whilst dressing.

Packing Instructions

When returning a stocking you will need to print off and fill in a RETURNS FORM. If you are unable to print this please CONTACT US and we will send you one.

Please pack the stocking carefully in a protective envelope or mailing bag, enclose the completed form and send to:

United Kingdom & United States of America

UK & US residents will need to ask at the post office for a PROOF OF POSTAGE certificate as this will be your insurance should the packet not reach us for any reason. Alternatively you may use another service such as a tracked delivery at your own cost. We can only offer refunds and exchanges on items we receive back. So please be sure to obtain adequate insurance so you are able to claim back the cost of your stocking in the unlikely event of it becoming lost.

UK & US returns need to be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Rest of the World

We strongly advise NON-UK residents to use an insured and traceable shipping method when returning an item to enable you to make a claim should the item not reach us safely. We can only issue refunds and exchanges once we have received the item back.

EUROPEAN returns need to be sent back to us within 21 days and the REST OF THE WORLD within 28 days.

Larger Orders

If you have made a multiple purchase of 10 stockings receiving a discount and wish to return part of the order for a refund the discount privilege will be lost and the price of the item minus the discount will be credited. We strongly recommend an exchange in this instance. For larger orders if the number of items kept still totals over 10 the discount will still apply and the reduced price per item will be credited in full.

Custom Orders

Commissioned orders, such as custom sizing, style or non-stock colours are non-returnable. If unsure whether a custom order may be suitable, please try a standard 'shelf' item and discuss your requirements thoroughly with a representative prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.

If We are at Fault

If you are returning an item due to our error or an item is faulty or unsatisfactory we will gladly refund your full cost of return postage providing you have used the most reasonably priced available service. Please be sure to keep your postage cost receipt which needs to include or be accompanied by a proof of postage certificate. We may need these details when issuing your postage refund.
